What I'm Reading, Listening To, Watching, and Thinking About

  • I finished The Wager by David Grann, a non-fiction narrative about an 18th century British naval expedition. It was really good, although I prefered The Gales of November.
  • I also finished The Road by Cormac McCarthy. It was superb. I suspect most who read it either love it or hate it.
  • My son and I went to see Project Hail Mary. It was not at all what I expected, but it was really good.

Tools I'm Using From Partners

  • Monarch Money: Get 50% off the First Year Discount Code: ROB50
  • Boldin: I use this tool for our retirement planning. ProjectionLab is also a great financial planning tool and is offering a 10% Discount Code RBERGER-10.
  • Kubera: My choice to track investments and net worth. They offer a 14-day free trial. An excellent free alternative is Empower.
