What I'm Reading, Listening To, Watching, and Thinking About

• I listened to Tim Ferriss' interview with Nsima Inyang, which then got me to try rope flow. Lots of fun and great for my shoulders.
• I'm reading Infinite Powers by Steven Strogatz. It's about calculus, but very readable. And very well written.
• I finished Meditations for Mortals by Oliver Burkeman. Excellent book.
